Renewed two-bedroom apartment in Bibione

Es sind sehr grosse Mängel in der Wohnung und es stinkt sehr nach Kanalisation ....gas flasche ist ungesichert und gefährlich improvisiert, im schlaff Zimmer überall schimmel auf die Wände ,ganze imobiliar mit Fehler alt und nicht sauber ,Duschvorhang fehlt !! Ganzen Boden,unteren betten ist sehr staubig und schmutzig ... Bei die schlüssel Übergabe habe wir am Nachmittag um 17 Uhr fast 2 Stunden gewartet und am Sonntag um 9 Uhr müssen wir die Wohnung verlassen somit sind es 2 Tage schon ruiniert . WIR SIND SEHR UNZUFRIEDEN

What we did like was the location — very close to the sea, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. That was definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall, the experience was mixed: great location, but overshadowed by a lack of transparency and unexpected extra costs.

We had a few issues with this accommodation. First of all, after we completed the payment, we were informed that there was an additional €60 cleaning fee — a charge that was not mentioned upfront and should have been clearly stated before booking. Also, unlike other seaside locations where beach umbrellas and sunbeds are included in the price, here we were not informed that these had to be paid for separately. We only found out about this on site. Another unpleasant surprise was that we had booked a two-bedroom apartment, but after the reservation, we received a message saying we would be given a one-bedroom apartment instead. Since we were already on vacation and had no other choice, we had to accept the change. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, mainly due to the lack of transparency and the hidden extra costs.
