The location and layout was great! Bedrooms were separated on the top floor and the bottom floor with the living space in the middle which made the bedrooms very private. Loved the elevator for bringing luggage and groceries in and out.

We loved everything but if I had to pick a negative I would have to say that as a person that doesn’t own any dogs it seemed like every unit had dogs and they would bark early in the morning and late at night occasionally.

Everything was perfect, location , design , everything was very comfortable

Cleaning could be a little better

The house was pretty nice. The outside shower was great as well as the pool. Having the elevator was wonderful. We loved having the fireplace, also loved having TVs in every room. That was really nice. Also having thermostats on each level was a great idea. The kids absolutely love the pool, pool table and the arcade machine.. I think the arcade machine might would be better being on the same floor as the pool table. Just let the kids kind of linger in one area. We loved having a bathroom in every room that was awesome. Very nice that the staff puts umbrella and chairs out every day on the beach.

The cleaning staff needs to pay a little bit more attention to detail. There were things found under the beds behind the dressers. Some of the tubs could’ve been cleaned a little better. Things that were found were like baby diapers, candy, wrappers socks, some hair in the shower. The description of the area that you will actually be staying at needs to be more clear in the ad. We really wanted Oceanfront and like I said the ad was unclear. I tried messaging several times in several different ways to get answers before we ever came and the response was extremely slow. We did not receive anything at all until the day we were supposed to be here Which of course, was too late to make any changes or canceled. We were under the understanding that we were Oceanfront so my elderly mother could see the views much better from the house. We thought we did not have a lot of dishes, but then we realized they had been left in the dishwasher and several of them had been cracked. Maybe having a few basic cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves while we were there in Case something is spilled like water on the floor. We could use like maybe a mop, etc.. The closets were pretty good size, but could use some more hangers so we are able to hang our clothes up.

The location was misleading; we thought we booked the oceanfront and we were three units back. This was very upsetting. We booked through Booking.com and I called the Kees service but they could not move us. Everything was very nice with the unit. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved that part, but wanted to be oceanfront and thought we were when we booked it. The pictures should show the views of each unit booked, not just the two on the oceanfront. Cynthia Pitts

Our view was only a side glance of the ocean.

Location and good size for our family. Loved the private pool.

There was Sheetrock dust and Sheetrock mud everywhere. There was also animal hair all over the guest bedroom downstairs and the couch pillows.

The location is perfect. This is the best breakfast area ever with the perfect aura.

This place was awesome. Will definitely come back again in the off season.

The Tides is in a great location and just steps from the beach. We enjoyed all the amenities available - private pool, BBQ, decks, elevator, and beach umbrella and chairs. I definitely would book again.

Rented Sandcastle Sanctuary and absolutely lo rd it !!! We actually ended up staying another day, as didn’t want to leave. House was as advertised. Very spacious with all the amenities, and right off the beach. Would love to return next year !!!

We truly loved our stay here! We just have a few minor suggestions to make the stay even better. The bed in the master bedroom is super loud and uncomfortable. It would be nice if more towels were available and a few of our outlets didn’t work.
