The first thing I had to was to the right away to the store to get cleaning supplies. There was a dirty wash cloth in one bathroom, trash in the kitchen trashcan. Along with outside trash overflowing you could tell it had been there for longer than a couple of weeks (that same Monday was trashday and it still had not been taken out). You will need to bring everything you would need if you were staying in an empty log cabin. There was not even any toilet paper or paper towels. The bottom of fridge was dirty. if you have more than 4 adult guess make sure to bring extra chairs to set on. On the postive note they did have a washer and dryer, iron & small table top ironboard. And 4 beds. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful.
