We liked the location as it was fairly quiet and the views were good

The air conditioning was a factor for us when booking for a family but it was only in one of the bedrooms The swimming pool was not clean The area for refuse disposal was overflowing and smelly and other residents were complaining about lack of collection service On arrival we told the company that we would be arriving late and in darkness. We were given a code for key collection at the property and were sent video and photos by what’s app to show us how to find the property and parking. We could not see the features on the video in the dark and were not sent an exact address so our sat nav struggled and no one picked up the phone when we called ( we were asked to call when we arrived anyway ) There was no information in the property about equipment, how to get hot water, things to do in immediate area, location of supermarket etc. There is usually a basic information pack. We had to constantly text for basic information which was then provided but this could have been avoided buy providing the basics in the first place The cooking pans were not suitable as only two work on an induction hob and the other seven do not
