W apartamencie były dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki ,co dawało każdej z nas trochę prywatności.Bardzo czysto.Dobrze wyposażony.Fajny taras na górze.Jeśli ktoś będzie miał pobyt w cieplejszym okresie,może z niego korzystać.Super gospodarz,w razie potrzeby szybko reagował.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.Super piekarnia w pobliżu.

Situated in the old town of Mola di Bari this apartment is near to shopping opportunities, cafès and bars. The terrace on the roof is a great place to relax. And Mola di Bari is a nice small town away from the bustle of Bari, but easily available by train.

The loud family in the upper apartment, but this is not something, the owner can do about.

Duży przestronny pokój w starej częś miasta. Suchary, dżem i nutella na śniadanie!

Mimo kilkukrotnej informacji o godzinie przyjazdu kod do drzwi nie był aktywny i musiałem dzwonić do zarządcy o g. 23:15. Ekspres do kawy nie działał.

Constant Surveillance Nightmare From arrival to departure, we experienced invasive surveillance that made our stay feel like living under a totalitarian regime. The host monitored our every move through cameras, knowing precisely who was present, when they arrived, and how long they stayed. This went far beyond reasonable security measures. They even forced us to send the ID cards or passports of our three children. We knew this wasn't necessary, but they insisted. Within an hour, I received five missed calls on WhatsApp asking me to send the documents. We also paid extra for the people who might stay in the apartment, but we never received any toilet paper, towels, or other necessities. In fact, for a three-day stay for intially three people, we only had two small rolls of toilet paper. The host monitored our every move through cameras : Specific examples: Host claimed to have "seen on cameras" that a child was in front and in the apartment in the afternoon Host confronted us about visitors he had "observed on cameras" We had absolutely zero privacy throughout our entire stay Suspicious Access Code "Malfunctions" The entry code mysteriously stopped working on two separate occasions: First incident: Unable to enter with the provided code at midnight. The host appeared "miraculously" within 10 minutes of our attempts. Second incident: Identical scenario at night - code failed, host appeared immediately afterward. We explained that there might be a problem with the keypad, and we were told that this was impossible. Was this a technical malfunction or deliberate code manipulation? The timing was far too convenient to be coincidental, suggesting the host was actively monitoring our movements in real-time to control our access. Legal Manipulation and Unjustified Charges The host deliberately misrepresented Italian law (Article 109 TULPS) to extract payment for a visitor who did not stay overnight.

Le lieu et l'accès très facile avec une communication parfaite avec franco qui nous a bien guidé même avec une arrivée tardive. Génial et merci d'avoir été réactif ce qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour.

Il manque des ustensiles cuisine tire bouchon et spatule en bois serait utile. Sinon c'est bien équipé. Merci.
