El personal de recepción muy mal, no te decían ni buenos días, poco amables y con poca educación. La limpieza un horror, estaba sucio por todas partes. Sin duda no repetiremos

We stayed for 7 nights as a group of four. The apartment was fine, but the host was extremely unprofessional. €100 was blocked on my credit card as a damage deposit. Although we followed all the rules (separated rubbish, washed dishes, emptied fridge), I received a patronising message after checkout with photos showing minor mess — a bit of oil on the cooker, some coffee on the counter, and a little sand on the floor. Nowhere in the policy did it say guests were expected to deep clean — I assumed cleaning was included in the price. We left the flat in a reasonable condition after a week’s stay. The host later claimed they “should” deduct €50 but would return the full amount adn so I must leave a good review. That kind of behaviour is unacceptable. No good review from me. I would not stay here again and would advise others to avoid this listing.
