Close to the beach - master bathroom is nice

The deck is in very bad condition - there is a sign under construction but actually there are spits where it does not feel safe to stand on and a lot of nails came out and where standing out which can lead to serious injuries especially with kids running around

It was cozy and comfortable

The internet doesn’t work.

The location was great if you don’t mind a little walk over the dunes to the beach.

The kitchen is pretty small. It definitely looked bigger in the photos.

Location

Well the heat didn't work when we arrived and both sides of the property were open. On the second day someone showed up to fix heat and he had no clue told us to leave other side open as there would be no one there for the duration of our stay. Well, an hour after he left someone showed up to stay on the other side, I called again and finally got someone who put the heat on emergency and told us it needed a piece he had to order. On the third day someone showed up to lock the doors between the units which we reported the doors open on the day we arrived. Big safety issue!!!!!!

I liked the location and the house

WiFi was spotty even after restarting router. How grill was dirty for who knows how long and we did not have anything to clean with or prepared to clean it.

Absolutely the most relaxing vacation we have ever had!!!!!! We will return soon

Location was in a nice area

The property owner is clearly a control freak , has a 3 page essay above the thermostat, it’s locked so you can’t turn it below 70, the upstairs and downstairs shower did not work (water was not hooked up) , the tub (forced to use) leaked when draining , the bed had blown out springs so was super uncomfortable unless sleeping in middle of bed

need to have dish washer dwtergent, laundry detergent, mop to mop the floor

There were no trash bags anywhere for the kitchen trash container, we notified Tybee rental and were texted back that there would be a response to correct this but never received a response. The chairs on the upper level balcony were dry rotted and collapsed and un-useable and very dangerous. Nice property location,nice neighborhood, quiet, nice living quarters.
