Exquisite Waterfront Retreat - Pet Friendly by RedAwning

First of all, the grass was not mowed. The whole yard looked terrible and was full of weeds. The garage was small and there were huge empty boxes in the way. We had to rearrange them to get the two smallest cars in there. There is a camera in the garage that we were not told about. The noses were from new patio furniture. The refrigerator leaked and barely cooled and the freezer did not freeze well enough as to where a bag of ice was melting in it. The home is very sparsely furnished. One couch in the living room and one couch in the front room. There are zero decorations. The shower heads in both bath need replacing. They have one in a box on a shelf in the living room. The kitchen has the bare essentials. There was not any bakeware at all. Not a single pan to cook biscuits on in the oven, no 9x13, not one dish that goes in the oven. No large bowls for mixing or serving and not a single measuring cup. Only two hand towels per bathroom and one wash cloth per bedroom. The a/c in the house does not work well either. Way too hot when there are more than a few people indoors. The worst part is the listing literally says waterfront home with outdoor pool. The pool is at the clubhouse which you cannot access without a key card. The word “pool” is mentioned 4 different times in the listed amenities. The owner told me that the last tenant lost the card and they were working on it. We were never informed of that before arrival. Waiting on promised partial refund. We will see…
