USIt was very clean and the perfect size for a family of 3, the views were beautiful and the lake was great. It was a really enjoyable place and we had a lot of fun.
The furniture was very uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep sometimes and hurt our backs. The couch felt like it would wither away if you looked at it wrong. I would recommend at the very least to update the mattresses.

USThe lake was beautiful right outside the door and it was quiet. And the condo was clean
The little step up and down from the living room to kitchen is a hazard tripped on it and fell. Was told there would be snacks and water and coffee for our stay for two of us for 3 nights. No water, snacks were two packages of peanut butter crackers, we had to buy coffee because only enough coffee for 1 cup a piece for two mornings. No kleenex, no soap, no shampoo, No toiletries at all supplied. The box outside where the raft was is filthy, spiders and worms in it and the life jackets were so dirty I would not put them on my body. No pump for it except a hand pump. The other pump in there was for a 12 volt and where is the 12 volt at?
USThe condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great; close enough to downtown Hot Springs and other attractions, and right on the river. Check in and out was super easy too. We would like to come back in the future!
