Nāpili Surf Beach Resort by Castle

This is a hidden gem. Our family of 5 loved it. Steps from the perfect beach for snorkeling and swimming and sun bathing. It was quiet. Grocery store near by. Beach rentals near by. Beautiful coastal hike steps away. Units newly renovated. There is a place to do laundry on site. We loved the morning Yoga class, live music and Hula, etc. We arrived before check in and we were exhausted from leaving for our flight at 1am, and they let us check in early. I could go on and on. We will be back!

The area was relaxing, with the ocean breeze and calm waves. I will return every time to the Castle Napili Surf Beach Resort in Maui .

Very clean, comfortable kitchen area equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. I liked everything very much.

We loved everything. From the laundry room to the rooster. This rooster woke us up every morning at 6 am and helped us minimize the jet lag issues. We slept early and woke up early everyday. The staff was exceptionally friendly, polite, responsive and helpful.

I didn't like that they rely on phone service to communicate with the guests, either via SMS messaging or phone calls. My carrier didn't have good reception on the island or in the room, so we had some mishaps due to communication. It would be better if they used an Internet-based communication service like Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. There's wifi everywhere, so it's a more reliable service. I also didn't like that my room was behind another building. Perhaps I didn't pay attention to the details on the website, but next time I'm staying in a beachfront or beach-view room.
