The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff was delightful and helpful. I can remember one name, Cindy, but all the staff, from front desk to the house staff were just so very pleasant. Good supply of drinking water. Closet, shelves, ac (worked fine, didn't use it much) chairs and table on the porch. We loved Melaque and the Hotel Aurelia was a big part of it.

Our room faced the street. I liked hearing and being able see what was going on. Closing the sliding door closed out the sound pretty well. If I change my mind about that ill get a room on the other side faces the beach.

Nos gusto mucho la ubicación

No funciono la estufa eléctrica pero nos ayudaron y remplazaron por otra, muy rápido y eficientemente el personal del hotel.
