El hotel está bueno, le falta mantenimiento. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por problemas en la regadera y en el segundo cuarto tengo en los hubo. Mucho ruido en los pasillos durante la noche y muy temprano por la mañana.

El recepcionista es pésimo. No fue amable, se comportó grosero, prepotente y poco empatico. El checkin tardo demasiado. Las almohadas son demasiado gordas y lastiman el cuello. Lo demás, bien.

The floor was dirty throughout the whole room. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had visible dirt all over the floor and it would not drain until we cleaned out the drain. The 2 towel racks were broken.
