La ubicación

Entraba luz en el cuarto por la ventilacion, por lo que si duermes en la cama de arriba tienes luz toda la noche. En diferentes ocaciones no encontré personal en la recepción, el personal no fue especialmente amable

The only think I liked was the location

First, the address written was not correct, one of the girl working there the one without glasses was extremely mean and unhelpful. I never experienced such a bad person in all the accommodation I got and I travel a lot. We got the room later than expected without any compensation or excuses we had to wait while they finished it. In the room there was no towels or water bottle as expected, when we asked for towels the girl sighed at us and gave 2 and one of them was stained, she kept her headphones while talking to us, really impolite. The showers were dirty at every hour of the day, the toilet as well. The water was super cold and no way to change it , and half the shower were not working, I really not recommend this place. Also the pool was super dirty, it was stagnated water that never changer, the water was litteraly brown.
