Very clean room and building. Room was very quiet and had great natural lighting. Balcony was a plus for mornings and evenings and a place to dry towels and swimsuits. Having a kitchen to make morning coffee in is a great bonus. Very well equipped with lots of appliances to make anything during your stay. Coffee maker and mini-fridge in the rooms were great and kept some chaos out of the communal kitchen. Rooftop has nice views and potential to be fully finished into a guest lounge area.

Check-in process was non existent and we were stranded outside the hotel with no way to contact the host. The posted number did not work and I could not text the number through Whatsapp either. I waited outside with our luggage while my partner walked around the locked entrance gate (not super secure) to thankfully find a maid. She was very kind and helpful. She contacted the host and gave us a key to our room and eventually the host came to meet us. He was nice but the interaction seemed rushed and inconvenient and we never saw him again or knew how to contact him should we need. With no front desk, it was very disorganized and there was no clear way to get help if you needed. There is a key entry gate at the front of the property but you can easily just walk around it. Without a front desk there is no way to keep security. Our room had a balcony without a lock. I personally do not feel safe with an unlocked balcony so I had to find rods to create a lock of my own. Not what I want to be doing when spending this much for a new hotel. Doors also do not have deadbolts. The kitchen area was well equipped but very disorganized. There was food everywhere with no labeling for communal use or individual person's food items. The fridge was full of rotting and expired food items so we did not want to keep anything in there.

Shared kitchen worked out very well. Brand new place. I think less than 3 months. Still things being worked on but everything necessary was readily available. Would stay there again for sure. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and main square. Coatis and tiny Mexican pigs viewable off the balcony.fun stay.

Room was clean and well put together. Giovanny was excellent and super helpful. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and activities so it can be a bit loud at night from the street. Overall I would recommend this place as a great affordable option

Great location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was really powerful and warm. The balcony was lovely to sit on. The kitchen is fantastic with lots of equipment to cook with. We didn’t use the pool area in the end as Puerto Morelos beach is so beautiful. The accommodation is surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants and it’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach.

I’d advise you to request a room rear to the property if you’re a light sleeper as the view is better and it’s a lot quieter. The property also doesn’t have a safe.

The communal kitchen was well stocked for use. Giovanni is a great host, very accommodating! I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

It could use a table and comfortable chair to work at in the room.

Senior travelers should be advised that the rooms are up many stairs (over 2 floors) and the receptionist is not available much if the time to help with the luggage. After 5 pm it is difficult to contact reception. AC is temperamental and blows either hot or cold.

We had such a good stay and would definitely re book if we come back. The rooms were super clean, high ceilings new high tech gear in them and a lovely balcony. Our room even came with a coffee machine and coffee as well as access to the kitchen. The best bit, the bed was the most comfortable bed we stayed in on our months travelling Mexico. Such a good location for the beach and restaurants as well.
