A useful little place to stay. Great for access to the bar and restaurant scene nearby. Easy parking. Comfortable beds and good showers.

The communual kitchen was someones domestic kitchen with personal clutter everywhere. There are neighbouring dogs that bark all night long!

We loved our room, the big balcony, very nice bathroom, the colours, having a fridge and safe and a nice view. It was good to have a choice between using the fan or the AC.

We liked everything.

The highlight for me was the balcony at the back facing the jungle. I also appreciated the screen on the patio door, the sun blocking curtains, and the fan. We did not ever use the AC. The location was perfect: a short walk to the public beach, a French bakery with sourdough baguettes nearby, and the fruit and veg store across the street. There were beach chairs provided we carried to the beach. We always found a spot shaded by palm trees. Rene and Denise were helpful and friendly. We arranged for them to take us and pick us up from a cenote and it worked out perfectly. The common kitchen/lounge was a real bonus; we prepared our own breakfasts and picnic lunches, and mixed it up with Rene and Denise, and other guets. There was hot water in the shower (Many places don't have it.). Our room was large and well-designed. Spare and efficient. We had a coffee maker and a little refrigerator. I appreciated the Mexican cotton blanket.

The kitchen could be cleaner (especially the lime deposits on the sink area) and half of the stuff in there could be eliminated which would make it nicer. The sheets were polyester and ill-fitting. (I epected this so brought my own cotton bedding.) The lighting was minimal. (I brought my own LED USB light.) Unfortunately the sargassum on the beach was terrible. Evidently it has arrived earlier than it used to.

It had all we needed, and it all worked very well. The little hotel is cute, simple and clean. There are obviously no luxuries, but we didn't expect them for the price. Karla was always very attentive and available to help. The location is very central, if you are not looking for a sea view it's perfect. Breakfast was very nice.

The idea of code access is very good because you don't risk loose keys or cards, but the code of the room sometimes was a bit tricky.

Accesso con chiave elettronica, letto comodo, bagno spazioso. Non ha parcheggio riservato.

Überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern, Gebäude sehr in die Jahre gekommen genauso wie das Zimmer, Lage war zentral.

Ausstattung, teilweise vergammelter Seifenhalter. Nur zum duschen und schlafen geeignet ohne Komfort.

Hôtel très bien placé tout proche des commerce de la plage, pas besoin d’être véhiculé. Propre et calme, checkin / out en toute autonomie. Je conseille.
