Patricia et son fils Giovanni sont très aimables et attentionnés, Patricia m’a aidé à trouver une dentiste pour une urgence. On ne peut trouver mieux à Puerto Morelos, on se sent comme chez soi.

"Dommage !"

Séjour mitigé. Très bel immeuble avec beau potentiel, bien placé dans Puerto Morelos. Malheureusement plusieurs parties communes étaient sales et mal entretenues. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Les draps du lit en synthétique étaient malheureusement pas des plus agréables avec la chaleur. La douche etait en mauvais état de fonctionnement, pas de pression. Accueil correct du propriétaire qui vous envoie les informations pour l’accès à la chambre mais il se peut que vous ne le revoyez pas du séjour.

La cuisine commune était encombrée, pleine de vaisselle sale et de tables non débarrassées. Cela ne donnait pas envie de prendre un petit déjeuner en surcoût ! Le coin piscine et la piscine ne donnaient pas envie. Ne comptez pas sur cela pour vous baigner.

"Amazing"

We only had a short time in this hotel because we flew back the other day, but wow, the hospitality and the friendliness of the host was beyond amazing! The room was very neat, the bed was comfortable and good working airconditioning. The location was perfect, you are right in the center of Puerto Morelos close to restaurants, shops and close to the beach!

As you are in the center of Puerto Morelos you hear some noises of the street, but nothing a good earplug can’t fix!

"Wonderful Experience"

The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the room was spacious with good lighting. Comfortable beds and pillows. Also, it was right beside a wonderful restaurant. Location was perfect. Not too close and not too far from everything.

The wifi could be a little bit stronger.

La ubicación está genial, y el lugar está perfecto para descansar

La habitación es grande por lo tanto el aire acondicionado le cuesta enfriar (aunque para nada es caluroso) en especial si estás en la cama, yo sugeriría poner un ventilador de torre para hacer circular el aire frio y con eso sería perfecto

Everything. I even extended my stay. I will definitely stay here again. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I love the natural lighting in the bathroom as well.
