Room matched the pictures well. It was well-appointed, clean, and located close to the downtown area and the ADO terminal. Many restaurants and places to buy fresh food within walking distance. Excellent value.

Location is dope. Room is nice. Theres hot water.

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely this unit was on arrival. It was roomy and clean. The air conditioning worked well and it had a large fridge. We could cook and the hot water in the shower was good. The rooftop pool was clean and nice to sit in which was a great relief as we couldn’t swim at Tulum Beach due to the seaweed problem. We could walk to local restaurants and a supermarket from the unit and could park our rental car in the street in front of the complex which had a main security door. The complex was quiet and we slept well in a comfortable bed with four pillows (which is a treat here). The property manager regularly emailed to check to see if we needed anything and the level of customer service provided before, during and after the booking was commendable.

The only minor things I would suggest would be a line in the bathroom to hang wet clothes and an electric kettle to avoid having to use the microwave to boil water for tea. Other than that, the unit was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. I especially loved the thoughtful little details that made it feel extra special. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was smooth and excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

Ground floor entry and close to Centro. Nice outside patio on floor 1-1/2. Manager responds quickly. The cleaning lady is so nice.

Climbing 10 staircase’s to get up to the pool was a chore. The kitchen is not fully stocked for people who cook. But the manager was responsive when I asked for a pot.

The location and actual room and place is great

I did not like the fact that I can’t flush paper down the toilet. It’s extremely unhygienic and I know it’s not in your control but I just can never get used to that. That was my only complaint
