The Teodoro

It was perfect what we wanted a confortable apartment next to the downtown. We were 2 blocks from the main plaza with all the food trucks and also 2 blocks from the main avenue. Also really close to ADO terminal that comes from airport. Its downtown so the neighborhood its not fancy but I feel really safe around it.

Lovely little apartment in a great location if you want to be near Tulum Centro. Everything in town is walkable from here, the apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious. The shower wasn't overly great but I've had way worse. The wifi works great, the pool and rooftop were amazing and great for an afternoon chill or to eat lunch on. The hosts were very accommodating and very communicative. They responded to any questions I had and were always happy to help where they could. They allow bikes and scooters to be parked inside the premises too which was a nice bonus. Great place, zero complaints. Very well priced too and worth every penny. 👍🏼

Teodoro is a great place to stay for an extended vacation in Tulum. There is a nice rooftop terrace and the apartments are well equipped for a nice stay. Cook your own breakfast!

Pas de réception. L'immeuble est très grand, mais je n'ai pas pu déposer mon sac avant 16h (arrivée à 11h à Tulum. Les seuls contacts se font par WhatsApp et il a été littéralement impossible d'obtenir la moindre information pour notre séjour, nous demandant de nous référer à chaque fois à leur agence dont les prix sont exorbitants (350 dollars un aller retour à Coba pour deux). Pas de bonbonne d'eau, de café ou de thé à disposition. L'accueil d'hôtes ne doit pas être juste matériel, sinon il faut changer de métier.

Everything needed is in the flat

Mind that they don’t do cleaning services for free, only for 40USD which is almost similar to price per night , also change of towels costs 15USD, even if you stay 5 nights, EXTORTIONATE price for this service. Also apartments need a little refresh as lots of things seem worn out.

Leuke kamer! Je moet inchecken via een kluisje met een code. Super goede en snelle communicatie via de chat!! Goede ligging in het centrum. Parkeren kan gewoon voor de deur dus dat was ook fijn!

Helaas geen lift en moesten wij onze koffers van 30 kg naar boven tillen 🙃
