Me cancelaron mi estancia aunque yo hable como 6 veces al hotel directamente y al service al cliente Despues de una noche muy agotadora llegar y te digan que no tienen cuarto fue muy desagradable Hable directamente al hotel y la señorita que contesto me puso en espera y me colgo despues de eso ya nadien contesto el telefono una falta de professionalismo muy desagradable

The staff that are in charge of parking your car, hit my car and the manager wouldn’t take responsibility, even though they had as evidence the videos of the incident, the manager stated that the parking was a courtesy to the clients, but they will not be responsible! Do not stay here if you have to park a car! They are horrendous when it come to costumer service
