Location was excellent.the hotel felt like a cozy luxurious home and the staff felt like family. My friend got a stomach virus and they went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended

"Great hotel in the heart of the city with great service and friendly people"

The room was spacious and comfortable. Full service hotel with restaurants on 2 levels and a rooftop bar with spectacular San Miguel de Allende sunset view. Breakfast on the roof was lovely -- delicious fruit, coffee, bread and an assortment of hot entrees. The service was exceptional. Cesar at the front desk arranged a tour of Guanajuato and was always available to answer questions about the city. Great stay in the center of a very walkable, beautiful city.

The staff is so welcoming, they go above and beyond. The hotel is genteel and right in the center of Centro. My sister and I shared a 2 bedroom suite.

It is noisy but it goes with being in this lively town
