ULIV Park Polanco

Great location, near restaurants and cafes. Very clean unit. And very responsive staff through the ULIV app. They are super nice and lovely. Bed was comfortable and the linens seemed new (white, clean, and thick).

1. There is no temperature control like you find in hotel rooms. The provide a fan in the unit. But I was actually freezing. So they had me pick up a heater fan from the security guard downstairs. I put the heater fan in the bedroom but the fan is extremely loud and ineffective. 2. There is only ONE mirror in the whole unit. That is the bathroom mirror. There is NO full length mirror. There is NO way for you to check your outfit. I complained and they had me pick up a little mirror from the security guard, which I propped up on the dining chair. 3. There is no lotion. So bring your own. 4. The walls/doors VERY thin. You can hear conversations from people in the other units but especially when they are at the elevator but even when they are in their own unit. 5. The window shades are NOT private. The unit has floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the bedroom. The living room roller shade is merely light filtering but when you look in from the outside, from the street, you can see EVERYTHING. My unit was on the 1st floor (aka 2nd floor for you Americans) and one had to merely look up to see the furniture, people, the clothes they were wearing. No privacy. I stayed in the bedroom because the shades were blackout shades and not see through.

Very good location, practical, essentials available for a short stay, nicely and simply decorated

The location is great and the flat has a great layout, with plenty sunlight and beautiful trees outside. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding blocks, mostly open very early.

There is a doorman but anything else is done online. Amending the reservation was very cumbersome, cleaning needs to be booked 2 days in advance and is not included.

Location is great, close to bars/restaurant and grocery stores. Most importantly the apartment was quiet. WiFi was reliable. I spent 2 nights. Amenities in the 1bd apt are very new and the air is fresh.

Registration process is too complicated

This place was very secure and was nearby a lot of shops. The customer service we received everyday at the front desk was spectacular. They went above and beyond for us. The units themselves are great amount of space and have a kitchen. The only downsides we came across were that not all units have AC and if you open the windows there is a lot of mosquitos that come in. However, they were very nice enough to offer us a fan. Another thing was mirrors, the unit we stayed in had 1 single mirror in the restroom so when getting ready it was a little bit of a hassle having to share if not wait for the mirror. Maybe add a mirror to the living area or entrance area or maybe add one in each room. I think that would definitely make it easier for guests. Other than that the place was great, we would very much consider staying here again. (:
