Nada, todo estuvo mejor de lo esperado

Limpeza, café da manhã, tratamento dos funcionarios

Falta de janela no quarto. Se soubesse que não tinha janela direta, não teria feito reserva. Sensação dé claustrofobia. Essa informação deveria estar explicita no anuncio.

La habitación fresca y muy limpia

Que nos dimos cuenta que ya hay restaurante y con hermosa vista una noche antes de salir del hotel 😞

Luxury,a/c everywhere even in hallways, bathrooms were stocked up with necessities, breakfast included, restaurant in the hotel, delicious food, very modern, clean, smells clean and good

Thin doors, you can hear everything in the hallway, hard to sleep because you can hear everything. Our blankets and pillows had someone else’s hair, the floors weren’t mopped well although they have great cleaners. When we would call about the hairy bed instead of oh I’m sorry they were making excuses and almost upset and made us feel bad when it’s something we are paying for also I couldn’t figure out the water to shower and they came all annoyed to help. Also wish they had rooms with two beds
