Boardwalk Townhomes by SVR

No hot water for the entire stay. 7 people with NO hot water 😡 Property is old and needs lots of TLC. Southern Vacation Rentals refused to properly compensate for no hot water. Decided it was only worth $88. I will NEVER use them again

When we first got to the property, I noticed the refrigerator leaking. I immediately let property managers know the plan was to not eat out and make meals on the property the first night before we got to the property we bought groceries. The fridge raider was not working and lost about $150 in groceries. Management came out the next day. I’m assured me we were gonna have a working fridge. The fridge did not work until the end of our stay and we spent a whole lot of money eating out plus the groceries we lost that was not the plan and we spent an extra $500 in eating out fees I was told on the first night when I made the complaint of the refrigerator that we would be reimbursed and have not seen any reimbursement yet
