Casa Gitano

I especially liked the rooms, the service-minded staff and the location! Tulum is becoming more and more intense, but Casa Gitano was calm and wonderful. Me and my family (including a 4 and 8 year old) had the best vacation! We will definitely return!

While the hotel is calm and nice, the restaurant is a contrast with very loud music. We ate there once and could barely hear each other (luckily we weren’t bothered by the music when sleeping as our room was quite far away from it). I found it hard to grasp the purpose of the hotel and restaurant being so different. The prices in the restaurant were also almost the double compared to other restaurants by the beach in Tulum. But this was a minor issue during our stay.

Loved the people and the service, loved my room, it was beautiful and comfortable and clean. The property was perfectly nestled in nature yet still felt luxurious.

Good size room with comfortable bed and balcony relaxation area. Beach is very nice with comfortable beach beds. Location in quiet part of South Tulum and parking on site.

Restaurant was disappointing - high prices and breakfast coffee not great. Isolation in the room not good as it heated up a lot during the night and only by blasting AC all throughout the night could you maintain a comfortable temperature.

amazing honeymoon here, we were in low season,the hotel was nice, and clean, beauiful beachclub all for us, few crowds,but we loved that.

The only thing..we were kinda expecting a little "honeymoon" surprise, but there was nothing..no eve a rose petal,or a bottle in the room..despite we told the stuff we were on our honeymoon, there was nothing. but nevermind,we traveled a lot anyways, didnt spend so much time in the hotel.
