The property was very difficult to get to on the bumpy dirt road and almost no signage for the hotel so you weren’t sure you were even going the right way. Some of the staff were great others were not. While the room is nice, it lacks a lot of necessary things—for example, the shampoo and body wash came as soap bars, which I’m not against but they don’t work at all and the body wash one (while smells great) is very rough (painful, really) and doesn’t lather. The hotel didn’t have anybody at the office during checkout and I had to communicate via WhatsApp where the responses were slow and very inconsistent. The wifi doesn’t work. I had booked for one night and asked about possibly extending for another on the next morning. I was told verbally, by a hotel employee (Victor) on via the phone, the rate would be the same. After my family planned around this, I get a text message saying the rate is 2.5x what I was told!! Absolutely awful communication and misrepresentation. While the property is nice, with all the communication issues, difficulties getting there and amenities being sub-par, I would not recommend.

Is an amazing place the arquitectura and the design is stoning.

I have stayed at a few different locations in the valle and I honestly wish this place offered perhaps a TV or pool. Or maybe finish sealing all the areas that leak in sunlight and heat.

Very few signs leading to the property, many turns to get there on unpaved roads. The hotel itself was very nice and trendy, there is even a fire pit and wood available to burn. Found a few large spiders in our room but overall very clean inside and very comfortable beds (felt like memory foam).

The location was a bit off the beaten path. Service was really helpful and friendly. We were the only ones staying at the hotel at the time so we liked the privacy even in community areas. The design was minimally done but very tasteful. The grounds were decorated beautifully. Unit has refrigerators. I appreciate the stone sink but it can get difficult to find something if you drop something in there, especially if it's small. Beds were VERY comfortable. There was a firepit that we used in the evening. We were able to stargaze and hangout outside for a bit. Pack s'mores if you plan on using it. Patio had nice furniture - we were able to hang out and watch the sunset. The heater was nice and worked well. Rain showerhead was really nice and had good water pressure.

Roads were really rough after the rainy season. More lights are needed along the walkway, as it gets dark at night. The solar lights do not provide enough light. We needed to turn on our lights on our cell phones to walk safely. No screen doors when opening the patio doors - bugs can get inside easily. No microwave. Bathroom lacks countertop space for toiletries. Can hear noises outside if you are sensitive to that. No seating inside room (Unit 5). Sink had cold water only.

Awesome design and aesthetic! Very affordable and property was new/well maintained. Staff was kind and attentive to any needs.

We booked two rooms and one room smelled AWFUL. I realize plumbing is different than in the US but it smelled like we were right above the septic tank. I also think this contributed to the number of bugs in the room (ear wigs, little flies, spiders) which was a bit of an ick but we made due. The other room seemed great, just some small ants since the doors open / it's a more rural location.
