Buena ubicación, con un café muy rico a una cuadra y todos los servicios de Polanco cerca. Linda decoración, instalaciones cuidadas, amplias y limpias.

Podrían tener una recepción las 24 horas. La iluminación de las habitaciones, les faltaría una lampara de lectura. o poder regular la luz. En la noche apagadas las luces, aún tiene claridad la habitación.

Habitacion muy bonita y cómoda. Ubicación muy buena. Muy limpio

El cuarto de baño tiene poco espacio y poca iluminacion

El apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Tardaron un poco en darnos las toallas, pero por lo demás muy bien.

Tenía una habitación con carga extra grande reservada y la anfitriona me quería dar una matrimonial, no me parece correcto esa actitud La cama muy blanda

Hot water availability was unpredictable. Bed was hard and plastic-y.

Good location. It’s a very nice neighborhood and I felt safe.

I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a gas leaked, no working stove and overall it was a poor facility. Not at all the same quality or standard of the second room. When I communicated the issue and danger of the gas leaked to management the initial response was that there was nothing they could do and since they were full they could not relocate us. It wasn’t until I said I would contact the Fire Department for help since they were endangering everyone in the building did they offer us an alternative room. The room we were moved into was much smaller and in poor condition but given the late hour of the night and limited options we had no other alternative. Additionally the young woman working the check in counter said she was new and claimed to have limited information on how to handle our situation. When we initially spoke to her about the issue she directed us to a QR code to report the problem. The initial response once I submitted the complaint through the QR code was that the person had ended the shift and was not available. The automatic response offered an alternative contact number for a response. Overall the handling of such danger situation was poor and the delayed response could’ve been catastrophic.

La ubicacion

La atencion. La habitacion comenzó a inundarse desde el techo y no habia nadie para hablar para arreglar la urgencia. La construcción era mala. Toda en seco y de mala calidad. La atencion al cliente pesima. El ingreso complicado, porque la guardia de seguridad que tenia que recibirme (el lugar no tiene recepción) estaba durmiendo. El lugar no tiene amenities mas alla de una terraza.
