The place is located in a decent area , gated community. The lady who I assume cleans the apartments was nice and polite. Complementary bottles of water. Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and the basic things you need if you will be cooking(we didn’t cook but I seen the stuff they had for us to use) , microwave and cold fridge as well.apartment was clean when we arrived.

So we stayed 3nights at this apartment, and it was 4 of us. Apartment located on 3rd floor. No A/C but they provide cooling fans on each bedroom. Everytime we took a shower the water would leak through the sliding door making the floor all wet so we ended up using most of the towels to dry it (mind you I had not seen there was a mop on the kitchen by the stove) so I message the host if I could get some more towels along with some toilet paper (bcuz they had left 1 roll of toilet paper and like 2 more already pretty much used almost with no paper under the sink ) , and he didn’t reply back to me but he did sent the cleaning lady with the toilet paper , but she said it would be 12$ to get clean towels which I said nevermind. They gave me 2 keys one for the storm door and the other one for the main door they were holding on to a piece of dental floss , I somehow ended up dropping one of those keys (which I found later it was by the parking garage) but I couldn’t get in so I call the number provided on the booking and he send the lady with a key and inform me that I would have to pay 250 pesos which I did. When I message him that I found the lost key he never reply anything back .. over all really bad communication. I believe the host was mad at me bcuz the first night we got there we were in the living room chatting (and we had a neighbor that lives there join us for a conversation) ..had all our widows and door open bcuz it was so hot inside the apartment and we had music playing on a phone ,then some guy came and told us that after 11 no noises were allowed so we turn the music from the phone off and continue the conversation .

Fue horrible la experiencia, la propiedad estaba MUY SUCIA, LA FALTA DE HIGIENE DEL LUGAR FUE HORRIBLE. LOS TENDIDOS DE CAMA TENIAN UN OLOR A MAL LAVADO RECOMIENDO REVISAR MAS LA LIMPIEZA QUE HACEN EL PERSONAL DE SERVICIOS

Todo el día en la habitación de arriba se escuchó ruidos como si martillaran y movieran muebles, solamente en la noche no se escuchó, no ofrecen reembolso, recomiendo quedarse solo 1 para que vean las condiciones de su número de habitación si les conviene estar ahí más tiempo porque después el dueño no se hace responsable de poderte reembolsar o cambiarte de habitación, no soy una inquilina molesta pero si me incomoda el aspecto que no les importa mucho tu estadía, solamente con que pagues más tiempo, porque desde el primer día que llegué me ofrecieron quedarme más días por descuento pero no vale la pena la verdad el dueño solo quiere más de tu estadía para dinero, pero suceden problemas y se lava las manos diciendo no es posible no se puede hacer nada nimodo, para no ayudarte en tu situación a solucionar nada, NO REGRESARÍA

It was hard to get the hot water to work needs to fix that
