Convenient location, close to the beach and downtown. Great value for what you get in a private room. Will stay here again.

It's loud downtown, you'll get noise late into the night in most places but this location is directly across from a rock and roll bar with live music seemingly every night until 1:00am. It's okay, you can sleep through it but be aware of this.
