Großzügig und modern eingerichtetes Apartment, american style, 2 ACs, 2 TVs, komplette Küche, allerdings self service. Großer Balkon und Dachterasse mit Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten,von der man auf 3 Seiten bis aufs Meer sieht. Umgebung recht laut, dafür ist man in ein paar Minuten am playa centro, norte, am zocalo und auch am Pier. Wir waren sehr zufrieden hier und Esteban steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite!

Tout était parfait, literie de qualité et propre, cuisine aménagée pour pouvoir manger, grand salon, machine à laver à disposition… Esteban était super sympathique et serviable, la localisation dans l’île parfaite. Que du bonheur !

The people were so kind and helpful. The space was very clean and peaceful. The pool on the roof was nice and perfect temperature! Loved every bit of it. Would highly recommend.

Excelentes atenciones del host Esteban, el departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar playa norte que queda a 2 cuadras. El lugar está rodeado de varios restaurantes y cafeterías a demás de centros comerciales.

We had an amazing time at La Poza! We initially booked for one night, but the accommodations were so comfortable and convenient that we ended up staying for six! The unit was spotless, modern, and cozy, with a separate bedroom (with TV), living area (with TV), and kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, and stove-top (no oven). While our unit was located on the first floor without a view, the upper floors offered views of the town looking out toward the ocean. We also appreciated the rooftop pool and convenient location. The hotel is just a short walk from the main street lined with restaurants, bars, and shops, and within a 10-minute walk to Playa Norte and the ferry. A golf cart rental shop is conveniently located across the street, making it easy to explore the island. One thing to note is that there is a school next door that can get loud with music starting @8:35am for 30-60 minutes on school days (which was M-Th during our stay). However, it was very quiet during the rest of the day and night. Esteban at the front desk was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we always felt safe with staff available day and night. Overall, we highly recommend La Poza for those looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and conveniently located place to stay on Isla Mujeres.
