Fantastic experience from the very start. A concierge came out to greet us outside when we arrived and helped us with our bags to the room. The room itself was very spacious and clean with lots of different lighting options, great toiletries and large soft towels. Bed was big and comfy. Downstairs was a caffè serving delicious speciality coffee and tasty cakes. A staff member organised a reasonably priced taxi for our departure to the bus station. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, it's one of the best I've ever stayed in, and I have a lot to compare to!

We liked the its quaintness and location. The coffee shop adjacent to the hotel serves tasty breakfasts and lunch.

Many stairs to climb to the rooms and none elevator available. The rooms also have high stairs at the entrance making it a chore to go in and out of the rooms.
