El Hotel es muy bonito todo el diseño, cada detalle esta pensado de buen gusto y equilibrio con la naturaleza, es hermoso. La atención del personal es genial, son amables, atentos, todo esta super, es un super equipo
Son muchas escaleras pero te acostumbras si estas en las habitaciones cerca de la alberca y el restaurante

This hotel was so beautiful. It’s core was stunning down to every small detail.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t an elevator, and there was no accessible rooms. I’m a senior and they could’ve used a shower chair.

Arquitectura, tranquilo, silencioso
El precio vs el servicio que ofrece. Muy caro. El restaurante no tiene un servicio adecuado, sirven el desayuno hasta las 9, no hay posibilidad de pedir algun alimento o ni tan siquiera cafe antes de esa hora. No hay agua embotellada en las habitaciones, no hay lugar adecuado para colgar o guardar ropa en la habitacion. La alberca es pequeñisima. Por el mismo precio me hubiera hospedado en un hotel de 5 estrellas. No cambiaron las toallas durante la estancia. El estacionamiento durante el dia es fuera del hotel.

Todo el cuarto tiene humedad, no había wifi, las sábanas olían a humedad, la presión del agua parecía chiste, nunca nos salió agua caliente, de lo que influye el desayuno, había la mitad de cosas

Yo diría que el hotel brilla por sus detalles, con señalética personalizada, arquitectura homologada e interiorismo cuidado, además de una atención excelente por parte del staff. Un punto negativo sería el masaje que tomamos, sentimos que fue hostil el trato de parte de las masajistas, no sabemos si era por la hora o las prisas, pero nos resultó poco agradable. Por lo demás todo fue muy positivo, el servicio, los desayunos a la habitación, la comodidad de la cama, etc.
