We stayed in unit 408. It is a beautiful unit with a large balcony. Perfect for a bigger family. The kitchen is large, so great for several people to be working at the same time.

My biggest complaint was the AC. During the day the temp stayed at 78 with the blinds closed. At night we could get it down to 72, which was comfortable for the ones staying downstairs. Upstairs it was so hot you couldn’t sleep comfortably. There was hot air blowing from the downstairs vent at the front door. The second day we were there I text our contact and told them what was going on. They put me in contact with the maintenance guy who asked all the obvious questions to troubleshoot. I explained to him our guys knew hvac, there is an issue with the unit that needs to be addressed. We were advised to keep the blinds closed to help due to having so many windows and the age of the unit. I explained to him we were doing that, but who wants to have to do that when you have a beautiful view! I’m paying for a view of the water that I can’t enjoy! After several back and forth conversation that was getting us nowhere I told him I understood it was late and if he could get someone to come out the next day we would appreciate it, but I didn’t want to spend the short time I had there arguing with someone by text. I never saw anyone nor did I get another response from him. We turned the units off and only ran the portable units provided and fans, which tells me they knew there were issues to begin with. That at least stopped the hot air from heating the unit up.
