Serenity in La Costa Paradise

This villa was in excellent shape. All amenities were included as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. The instructions for checking in were a bit confusing. I did not realize that I needed to register at the Omni Resort proper. However, manager, Kay Kinaya quickly responded to my plight and stayed with me on the phone until I found my way. She deserves kudos for outstanding customer service. A great experience overall.

The property was showing its age, tiles were missing on the outdoor steps. I had to call to the front desk in order to get in the parking area and t took them till the third day to email me a parking pass to get in the parking area of my condo.

Beautiful grounds and very nice comfortable room. We were there for a conference and unfortunately the WiFi did not work in our room which was a bit of a problem since this was a working trip. Aside from that I would highly recommend.
