"Good location, but lacked sufficient heat during our stay. Bathroom fan needs fixing."

Location. Walking distance to the ski hill and some restaurants
The heating unit blew cool air and we could not increase the temperature of the room. We had to use all the blankets available to stay warm at night. The fan in the bathroom was so loud when turned on it was impossible to use. The room definitely needs some maintenance. Would I stay here again? Only if the location in regards to the ski hill was important and the price point was right. But most likely, next time I will look elsewhere.

Out stay was from June 13-June 16. We checked in a little after 430pm. We ended in the ER because my 7 year old couldn’t breathe. He needed oxygen and ended up checking out at 11pm same nights (and that’s because we got discharged a little before that). I tried to get a refund for the unused nights and hotels couldn’t do anything because they denied refund. They gave me a credit but it didn’t even include the taxes I paid. So not even a full credit for the nights I didn’t use. The place is beautiful and I’m sure the stay would have been great if my kid could breathe up there. We are from California so pay attention to your little ones and older folks when going up there. Beautiful but it’s not for everyone.
