Loved the view and the location. Great food places within walking distance. Departure list was minimal and trash chute made it convenient as well to dispose of garbage.

Elevator was down and only had one operational. Had to use stairs multiple times to go up and down 7 floors. Condo could use some updating and a deep clean (specifically the grout in the bathrooms, under the bed and the headboard). Rug in living room has seen better days and should be replaced.

The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay on Pensacola Beach.

Just a few notes: We own a beach house on Crystal Beach in Texas so we are critical sometimes. The curtains in the living room and the master bedroom need to be repaired or replaced. The shower curtain in the master bath needs new hooks or replaced. There were too many codes to remember and it was not clear initially which code we should use for what gate or door.
