Solicité cancelación y reembolso de la reservación porque no me gustaron las instalaciones ni el cuarto, por lo que se paga se puede conseguir un hotel en mejores condiciones y no me quisieron reembolsar ni un peso. El servicio muy malo

Muy buena ubicación y muy amables en recepción

Hay que mejorar en aditamentos en el cuarto no había bote de basura en el cuarto dejaban los cartuchos de café en la cafetera y no reponían el café pero lo general bien
