"Loved the hotel staff."

The front office staff and cleaning staff were amazing and kind. The rooms were lovely and the place was so accommodating.

The restaurant was not good. The food was the same everyday. Some staff was good and others rude.

"Solo pedíamos nos arreglaran el aire o cambiaran de cuarto"

El hotel estaba bien pero no servia el aire acondicionado y nunca fueron a arreglarlo nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel por falta de atención

En recepción nos atendieron muy bien, igual que en restaurante, muy serviciales y siempre buscando que estés bien. Excelente trato.

Había personas con las camaristas o atendiendo gente por elevador vestidas de civil pero al parecer también laboraban en el hotel .
