USArea was excellent and the room was nice
Smaller then what we imagined and the bathroom was not clean and looked old or not taken care of.
MXsome things were interesting, like one of the two bedrooms not having any windows to the outside. Also, the washing machines are not in unit. There is a separate room that has a number of washing machine units that is open until 10pm. There is a large number of units and they do have detergent that you can use.
Room was a little dated and could use a freshen up but other wise perfect. Location was great and close to a lot. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The entire staff was lovely, particularly Edmundo, who stopped and chatted with us while he was out shopping
Second time staying at this property, had an issue with water pressure and Edmundo handled the situation on time and with great ease. Great customer service!
Room photos indicated way more sunlight than there actually was in the room, in fact, it was not clear that one of the bedrooms did not have a window. Staff was responsive to requests โ we had a suggestion to have a mirror outside the bathroom, and the stuff had one sent up the next day, very appreciated. It wouldโve been great if coffee was replenished every day Bathroom was not cleaned appropriately โ the faucets had not been wiped, also the faucet was leaking.
