Room has a heater for the cool nights. Wooden walls and hot water for the shower. Everything was good. The ladies made us a quick breakfast before the train, which worked out really well! Thanks!

The walls are a bit thin, so you might want to bring earplugs in case the people in the next room are loud.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel manager more than went out of his way to assist us. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of stairs to the 2nd floor rooms which were difficult for us. More suited to couples without knee issues. Also the location was out of the way but the Hotel Manager was very accommodating in driving us and picking us up.

Nice rooms- 2nd time staying here. First time staff met the bus and were helpful mapping the area for me. Very modern rooms and very nice shower-hot water and pressure!

Continental breakfast is not adequate! Both times I stayed here I ordered full breakfast. Maybe staff could just offer credit toward a full breakfast rather than chit for a continental breakfast- would really make this an awesome deal!

Very friendly and helpful host who speaks English and Spanish. Great heater in our room and lots of blankets. Lots of hot water and a comfortable bed. Very convenient being above a grocery store and beside a restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant was included and they're open at 7:00 am.

The exterior of the building was not promising on arrival, but the rooms created upstairs were everything promised.

Personnel were kind and friendly. The manager was so kind, that at 10:00 pm he offered to pick us up at the bus station. Emmanuel, the man who took us to all the different places was very kind and he explained everything accurately and in a nice way. He knows a lot There's a good supermarket next door. The hotel is nice and clean. Locación is good. You can walk to City centre The towels are nice and white.

We could listen to everything (and I mean, everything) that was going on in the room beside ours. The bed clothes were clean but a bit old
