Excelente alojamiento, todo el personal de 10....recomendable al 100%...de hecho voy a regresar....vivo en Yucatán y es una excelente opcion para quedarse unos días en Mérida.

The location and aesthetic of the property

The staff and how much noise you can hear coming from inside the property. Doors slamming hard, cleaning staff moving furniture around and talking right outside the rooms as early as 6am

El Hotel muy bien ubicado, el personal atento.

En la limpieza, pues cuando llegamos encontramos una bata de baño ya usada en el guarda ropa.

LA UBICACION

EN MI RESERVACION PEDI CAJON DE ESTACIONAMIENTO PS VIAJE EN MI CAMIONETA SUV Y RESULTA QUE NO CUENTA EL HOTEL CON ESE ESPACIO, PERO LO PEOR, HABIENDO VARIOS GIROS CERCANOS, NO TIENEN CONVENIO CON ALGUNO PAR QUE TENGAS ESA FACILIDAD, YO LO TUVE QUE CONSEGUIR, A LAS 19.30 HORAS CERRABA EL ESTACIONAMIENTO Y YA NO PODIA UTILISAR MI VEHICULO HASTA EL DIA SIGUIENTE

It is actually two hotels combined together - an upscale luxury part, and a value for money part that houses standard and Jr suites. The Jr suite has lots of space, comfortable king size bed, window. (note that some standard rooms come with NO window). Staff very helpful and eager to assist.

Pool has no towels, no umbrellas, no shade. Breakfast is mediocre suited for a lowcost b&b, staff (very hardworking and accommodating) preparing it specifically for you, setting is in the lobby which is odd. Overall, I cannot recommend breakfasts there when there are so many great cafes around. Parking available nearby for a small fee, however since the adjacent streets close for bikes on weekends, you have to use a much farther (10 mins walking in heat) lot.
