"Perfect place to explore Merida and cool down from the heat!"

Perfect place to explore Merida by foot, in the middle of the city with a lot of options for breakfast or dinner. Friendly staff who were helping with every issue we had. Big bed with comfortable mattress. Parking was available just a few meters down the street. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax and cool down from the heat.
When we arrived the bedsheets had some stains right next to where you lay your head. The friendly guys replaced it even if it was quite late but it was almost impossible to not see it when setting up the room. Also be aware that you won't have a lot of daylight in the room not facing the street, but that didn't bother us to much because we didn't spent too much time in the room. The space also was a little limited due to the large furniture which you don't really need but that's just a matter of preference, it looked quite nice!

Camera molto umida, la pulizia é da migliorare, rumore della strada sotto non essendo insonorizzato. Le camere interne non hanno questo problema ma non hanno finestre sull’esterno.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, beds large and comfortable. Water topped up daily and cleaning service superb. Showers were hot and powerful and the location perfect.
Discovered they offer breakfast at end of stay. Would have been helpful to know when checked in as we would have taken up the offer.

Great location, close to plaza grade an paseo de montejo was just a one minute walk. Staff were awesome, very friendly and so helpful.
On weekends it is noisy with some of the local restaurants having live music
