Punta Agave Suites

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was an excellent location - very walkable to restaurants and attractions, but located in a well maintained area of town that was peaceful and quiet, even during the holiday week. The suite is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was in not having enough pods to provide us with coffee each morning. I will definitely return and would select a room on the upper level next time for additional light. I highly recommend this property.

Loved the location and the beautiful decor and furniture of the room, very modern. Excellent location, very central and close to many good restaurants and a convenient store. Also felt very safe with the security. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay in the Costa room. I did a lot of research to find somewhere close to Centro but not loud and this place fit the bill! It was super clean, very quiet at night and we had no trouble sleeping. Lots of cafes and shops around without being directly in the hustle and bustle. Grego the maid was also very helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Not really a con, but because the Costa room is very private (every window faces a wall with some plants outside), it can be dark even in the day. I imagine this room would stay pretty cool even in the summer time.

Perfect location in a lovely part of town. Everything newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable.

The property was nice and room was clean. I was just under the impression our room would have a kitchen like the pictures depicted but that was not the case. We had a very small room with two beds and a desk. Unfortunately we had issues with the wall mounted AC unit, where they were not able to get it running due to the remote was missing. They were in communication with us which I appreciate but they were only able to get us a portable unit that was very loud and took up space in the already small room we had. During the day it was very hot and felt suffocating in the room. It would give off a strong wood varnish smell in there because it was so small and air was not circulating. I do appreciate that they tried to fix the situation, however with how much we paid, it would have been nice to have bigger space and working AC.

中心部から少し歩くものの、公園も近く静かで良い立地でした。静かといっても人の行き来はそれなりにあるので、そういった面でも安心でした。 周辺にはカフェ、1ブロック程歩くとコンビニエンスストアがあります。 部屋も広く綺麗でしたが、セキュリティ面に不安を感じました。 事前に伝えられたパスワードで部屋のキーが開いたり、開かなかったり不安定で困りました。 また、私たち以外に別の宿泊客も部屋の鍵が開かない様なトラブルが見受けられました。 キッチンと主な調理器具は揃っていますが、カトラリー類の用意が無いので持参が必要です。 タオル交換は要リクエストとありますが、希望に対して返信は無く交換対応はありませんでした。

The suite was beautifully designed and the AC worked very well. Everything was very well maintained and the rooftop terrace was very peaceful and had plenty of space for multiple guests to enjoy. The host/management was very attentive and was quick to respond to messages and resolve reported issues. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property!
