En general bien, cómodo, piso de la regadera muy resbaloso, el asiento del baño no es del tamaño de la taza lo que lo hace incómodo todo lo demás muy bien

Fue un hospedaje cómodo y está bien situado, entre dos puntos céntricos turísticos de la ciudad; las instalaciones son muy lindas y el diseño es hermoso. Los puntos negativos en mi experiencia fueron que no limpiaron mi habitación durante toda mi estancia, por ende, no tuve toallas limpias y las hormigas estaban en toda la habitación , baño, cama y piso; considero que pudo haberse evitado si se hubiese limpiado cada mañana (aclaro que es de esperarse que haya hormigas debido a la hermosa vegetación del rededor). Otro punto en contra es que era difícil encontrar al personal encargado de la recepción, sin mencionar que me cobraron una cantidad diferente a la mencionada cuando llegué y si pagas con tarjeta, te cobran a ti la comisión. Por último, aunque la propiedad es hermosa, las casas de a lado hacen muchísimo ruido, queman basura y los perros pelean, ladran y aullan toda la noche, no pudimos dormir.

This hotel is well located just a half block off the artisanal restaurant street. So many great choices for dinner. And two blocks the other way is the Convento de San Francisco where there is a sol y luminar every night. 50 pesos from the bus station

We liked staying in Casa Pakal. It was right on the Calz. des Los Frailes and therefore close to numerous restaurants and the Parque Sisal, where there is a light festival every evening about the history of Valladolid. The room and the general area were very clean. It was also quiet in general. At night, however, the dogs from the neighboring properties barked. The breakfast is very little. A few rolls, coffee, fruit and if you're lucky, cake.

Me gustó mucho el hotel es bastante tranquilo, solo le falta tener tv pero en general el personal es muy atento y serviciales.

A good find, in a great location and lovely staff. Despite concerns from other reviews about cleanliness, we did not find it dirty at all. Our main issue was the noise. Bring earplugs and you should be fine but be ready for barking dogs inside and outside of the hotel.

Check in was easy except the pressure I was given to pay in cash. The front gate is noisy when opened and closed at night. The hotel is small and sound carries really badly throughout it. Great location though, and very clean and comfortable.

Todo excelente, muy buen servicio

Noise is a problem everywhere. This one wasn't an exception for us. We were unfortunate to land in room 4, next to the pool washrooms: it seems to hold some pump that was regularly getting triggered, also overnight. On top of that, the door to our room's bathroom would not swing without hitting the floor, which made quite a noise when pushing to unstuck it and close it. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and it's located 100m away from Calle de los Frailes.
