La ubicación, no hay desayuno incluido. Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo ahí y el lugar funciona. El dispositivo de sonido que tienen para ayudarte a dormir es muy bueno. Tienen buena conexión a internet y el barrio tiene de todo. Está muy cerca de Reforma; en ese sentido, es cómodo y agradable. Los espacios son cómodos para 1 o 2 personas; y además puedes lavar tu ropa gratis antes de irte; lo que es muy bueno especialmente en una estadía de 6 noches

Primero, el precio, el doble de lo que pagué el año pasado; simplemente se me olvidó mostrarles que había mejores opciones en Polanco con las mismas características, pero me gusta esta ubicación. Pero el próximo año no voy a alojarme allí si el costo se mantiene así de alto; porque el aumento de costos no tiene nada que ver con el servicio; donde tuve que solicitar más de una vez reposición de papel higiénico y toallas, y ni hablar de limpieza.

Quedé impactado con la buena calidad de los apartamentos

The apartment was great and in a very good location.

Unfortunately there wasn't anyone in the building to help. I needed to write a message in the portal and not always wouldget a reply same day. The guards are helpless if they are not empowered. The apartment was clean but the bathrooms were not! Cleaning every 5 days is not enough. Things need care and proper maintenance. Is not a quiet building and i was able to hear a weird things from the neighbors.

I loved the location. Appreciated having filtered water in the kitchen and the laundry facilities.

While the street is quiet and the windows block out sound well, I had significant issues with sound coming from the other apartments. Super thin walls where the bedrooms attach to the living rooms of the other units and loud, partying guests. I think my neighbor brought outside guests into the apartment and woke me up all night, including at 3:30 am. Even normal talking from next door, I could hear literally every word. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay again because of it.
