The property is good, the apartment is large, clean, the location is good and safe with shops and restaurants all around the block. Relatively quiet too.

Shower takes ~15 minutes to warm up. Bad communication with the host as we booked last minute and did not receive any messages from the host so we had issues checking in. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am which is later check in and earlier check out than most other properties around. Also note the cleaning fee which adds ~$100 USD to the original price, this is also much much higher than other properties near by. This seems a bad faith move from the host’s part.

The facilities were great, lots of detail put into the place eg white noise machine and earplugs, lotion, full kitchen supplies, etc. and attentive concierge. The room was huge and spacious for us 2. There was filtered water and a full heating/AC unit which was a first but very appreciated. Hotel was very modern and new.

The shower takes a while to warm up. The mattress is a bit hard. The location is good if you want to sightsee but a bit far from nicer neighbourhoods and restaurants. Also, the layout of the hotel is so you can see into other rooms and vice versa if you don’t close your blinds which is a bit strange.

great location - spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and everything that we needed was provided in the apartment. it was also very quiet for a busy area. easy to use washing machine and dryer downstairs in the communal area which was always available when we needed it. some great cafe's really close by and Reforma, bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away only.

the only thing i can say that i didn't love, which is probably normal for apartment living, is that you are looking into another apartment only a small distance away from the living area so we kept the blinds partially drawn while we were there. but we weren't there much so it wasn't a problem. the bedrooms had a more private view.

Great location walking distance to museum of antropology. Super clean. Safe.

Privacy shade were not adequate. Hot water took significant time to come through.
