The apartment was spotlessly clean, with strong air-conditioning and all the amenities you could need. It made our entire stay extremely restful. The staff were super kind and helpful, and we felt safe with a security/doorman on site 24/7. It was easily accessible and we had no issues with entering and exiting. The rooftop was also a quiet and comfortable space to relax. The location was also perfect - many cafes and restaurants as well as oxxo/circle K in walkable distance. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting CDMX!

This was a great stay for my husband and I. We felt the check in instructions were very easy to follow, we could access our room by elevator or stairs. The building has a security guard near the entrance which was very nice, they were always very polite and helpful. The amenities provides were also great, especially having A/C. The noise is very minimal, but can get more festive on the weekend. Luckily a sound machine and ear plugs are provided. We enjoyed the many great cafes and restaurants around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The appartments are fairly new, location is great near the Angel de la Independencia and the staff is friendly and communication was easy.

There is no AC as Booking is stating in the description. It was pretty hot at night, and the fans were noisy. A guest in the appartment above ours hosted a party one night, noise was so loud at 3 am that we couldn’t sleep.

The host was quite rude when I asked about re-booking for another night stay. They took 24hrs to respond, then just pointed me to their website that didn't have the information I needed. They then ignored my questions about why this specific property charged 5x the taxes / charges vs. other similar properties, and just told me to message the sales team. Incredibly frustrating as the rest of the stay had been quite impressive - but this left a negative perception.

safe / quiet/ good location for exploring the city / well equipped kitchen/ lots of closet space and living area. there is a water filter in kitchen for potable water. AC and fan. elevator. laundry facilities free to use!

The cleaning prior to my arrival was only halfway… rug in living area was never vacuumed. I found large dried pieces of food (?) on carpet when i got down to do my yoga. I communicated with them about this. they were very responsive and very willing to take care of the issue. 😊 because I stayed over 6 days a “refresh” is included. I expected based on their communication that they would be sure to vacuum! IT NEVER GOT VACUUMED! I say this based on finding more large dried pieces of food (?) and a large dust hairball on living room floor when I once again put a towel down to do my yoga……GAHHHHH

Location quite modern building

The curtains! The apartment in the first floor has translucent curtains. It looks like its missing a second curtain for privacy. When you turn the lights, it feels like you in a fish bowl. I imagined the upper floor are the same but, at least you are not by the sidewalk at the mercy of the passerdby. The bedrooms are tight, definitly for a short stay. The best part. The building is modern, with 24 hrs security and parking. Great location lots of restaurants convinient stores around. I will consider stay there again, not in the first floor.

It’s in on the side of the reforma street that’s quiet but still modern and safe. Assessable to many food and coffee options and it’s walkable to a Walmart and local market if needed. It has laundry in the building so perfect for longer stay (suggest bringing your own laundry detergent tho). Also appreciate that there is a security guard in the building.

The shower is quite weak and would need to wait for a few minutes before the water gets warm. Cleanliness perspective I would give it an 8 out of 10.

Clean with a great location

They gave us 4 coffee pods for 3 people and said we’d have to go to a grocery to buy more, if we wanted coffee in the morning. We were there for 4 nights and there were no grocery stores around . The pods were for a Nepresso and expensive. After I made a comment, they showed up as we were checking out with a few pods.
