Cały obiekt przepiękny! Super lokalizacja - do centrum max 15 min piechotą. Bardzo czysty pokój i łazienka. Wygodny materac i poduszki. ŚWIETNA POŚCIEL!! Przemiła i zaangażowana obsługa. Super nocleg na 1 noc (jak my) i na więcej. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Polecam!

Kuka y Letras is one of the most thoughtfully designed boutique hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every room is individually and artistically decorated, and the whole property feels like a curated creative space — with art books, small installations, and genuinely quirky architecture spread across three distinct buildings. The lush vegetation throughout the grounds makes it a true urban oasis: calm, shaded, and beautiful in a way that feels effortless rather than manicured. Each building has its own small pool, which adds to the sense that every corner of the property has been considered. Breakfast was a genuine highlight — cooked in an open kitchen right alongside the guests, and with real Mexican options on the menu rather than the generic international spread you find everywhere else. There were also additional kitchen spaces available for guest use, a thoughtful touch. Honestly, the hotel itself is such a destination that it's almost a shame to leave it to go sightseeing.

This is genuinely hard to answer. If pressed, I'd say the hotel is so special that one stay isn't enough — the only thing I'd change is having more time there.

Amazing interior design, comfortable bed and clean

Several times shower did not work, we could not shower properly. Traffic from the street is sometimes quite noisy, especially in the mornings

This is a true hidden gem! Looking at the area around (which is perfectly safe!), you would imagine such a beautiful hotel. So much love was given to details, and an exquisite & authentic taste formed a great experience which made us feel comfortable the minute we stepped into it ...

Beautiful place - great facililities. Excellent breakfast Communications were good Close to ado terminal - though a bit of a walk to town (10- 15mins)

We were upgraded to king room with terrace, which was lovely Howeve it was at the front of the house & v noisy from about 6am. It is mentioed in other reveiews of this room so i should have asked for a back room. Needs a mat for the door iof room in the rainy season as floor is slippy when wet.
