Buona posizione a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Location molto bella e curata e stanza davvero carina.

La colazione, per quanto buona, abbastanza limitata: si può scegliere un solo piatto+bevanda+frutta e qualsiasi cosa extra è a pagamento (anche solo due fette di pane tostato).

Absolutely beautifully designed property. Such a unique space, great service and staff, and not too far from town.

The drip coffee could be better!

Very stylish and clean. Rooms are nicely designed and clean. Breakfast was amazing, they cook right in front of you and you have options to choose from. Staff is available and very helpful. Located near the center, 15 minutes by walk. The area isn't the prettiest but it's safe. If you have a car, you can park on the street or in the small lot in the corner. In any case, if you need to go to another part of the town, just call an Uber as it's quite cheap in Merida. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and this hotel is an excellent choice and a good value for money.

Kuka y letras, así como los otros dos hoteles a los que te dan acceso son bellísimos. Mucha atención al detalle en la decoración. La cama cómoda, buenas cortinas para tapar la luz. La ubicación no está mal. No es pleno centro pero está cerca, considerando el tamaño de la ciudad.

Las habitaciones son mayormente en un primer piso sin ascensor. Para nosotras no fue un problema pero puede serlo para algunos. El coche lo dejamos todas las noches en la calle. Si bien cuenta con estacionamiento nunca lo encontramos y luego no vimos más al recepcionista como para preguntarle. Igual la calle se ve muy muy segura.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und man fühlt sich direkt super wohl! Wir haben einen Willkommensgetränk und kalte Handtücher bekommen, was sehr angenehm war. Es riecht überall sehr gut und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem gehören das Kuka y Letras, Kun y Silvestre und Kuka y Milpa zusammen, sodass sich das Hotel sehr viel größer anfühlt. Super sauberes, modernes und hochwertiges Bad. Toller Wasserdruck!

Für einige besonderere Gerichte beim Frühstück muss man zusätzlich bezahlen, falls man sie möchte. Das normale Frühstück ist aber bereits sehr gut. Vom Wäscheservice hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr erhofft. Die Reinigung war sehr schnell, was toll ist, aber die Wäsche kam in einem Plastiksack zurück und war nur sehr unsorgsam gefaltet. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man das deutlich verbessern. (Etwas ordentlicher zusammenlegen und vielleicht in Papier einschlagen.

This is a jewel of a place, not only for the attractive bedrooms, but for the lovingly decorated and comfortable community rooms where you can read, play games, or even work. A big plus for us was the kitchen where we made several meals during the two weeks we were there. We spent the hot afternoons lounging around and cooling off in the pool. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the fun we had interacting with the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel like family. The only thing less than perfect is that the immediate neighborhood has difficult sidewalks to walk on (for older folks) and is about a mile from the main plaza.
