Rooms are very nice

Staff very terrible. Maintenance very noisey too early in the morning. Every time you want to go out, they won't let you until they check the room.

"Terrible stay, never again"

The room was nice as well as the building

Terrible customer service, I was told I cannot leave the room or else my room would be given away to someone else, even though I made online reservation for a while night. Garage door did not work I had to call the reception desk foe them to open the garage door everytime. The beds were extremely uncomfortable!! As well as the pillows. Very loud staff laughing and screaming outside of our room door at 3:00am!!!

The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was nothing fancy, but it was nice.

It was hard to communicate with the staff behind a window, where you can’t see anyone. The staff controls your in and out. Have to wait for someone to open the gates and garage. Water was not hot to shower. Staff did not know the internet connection details.
