Hotel Villas Ponto Holbox

The hotel has very beautiful Mexican-style decorations, with charming details like the doors, small tables, and chairs that give the place a warm and authentic atmosphere. The lady from the staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and very friendly. There is definitely a positive energy in the place, and we felt comfortable and well received during our stay.

However, the rooms could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness. The room itself was not perfectly clean, and the bed sheets were slightly dirty, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we still had a good experience thanks to the kindness of the staff and the pleasant atmosphere. With a bit more care and consistency in cleaning, this place could easily become much better.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Holbox. Just a 5 minute walk from the ferry and a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of centro. Lovely to walk to Mosquito and Coco beach. Accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable, with well equipped kitchen. Lovely lounge and outdoor seating. But the standout thing about Villas Ponto is Andrea, the owner. She is a delight, so warm, welcoming and she cares about making sure you have the best stay.

Wish we had stayed for longer than a week!
